Are prices really in naira?
Yes. Every plan, every domain, every renewal is billed in Nigerian naira today. Local-currency billing in KES and ZAR is on the roadmap.
Can I pay with an African card?
Yes. We accept Verve, Mastercard, and Visa via Paystack, plus bank transfer. International cards work too.
Do you charge VAT?
All listed prices already include 7.5% Nigerian VAT. Your invoice shows the VAT line item explicitly. KE and ZA tax handling is in progress.
Is there a free Managed WordPress tier?
Yes. The Free plan stays free forever, with one site on a *.free.hostnownow.com sub-domain, free SSL, and weekly backups. Sites idle after 30 days of zero traffic.
Can I migrate my existing site?
Yes. Free migration is included on Business and Agency Managed WordPress plans. We handle the cutover, the SSL, and the DNS.
Where does my data live?
Microsoft Azure, South Africa North region. We are working on Lagos and East Africa edges for 2026.
What is your refund policy?
30-day money-back on hosting plans. Domains are non-refundable once registered with the registry. See the full terms in our refund policy.
