How to Access your Webmail Account

There are three ways that you can log in to Webmail:

Before you get started, please ensure an email has been created. Click below to know more about how to create an email account in your cPanel:

How To Create Webmail Accounts in cPanel

 

  1. Access webmail through cPanel (administrator access only)
  2. Access webmail via direct links (for email users)
  3. Access webmail via client account

 

Access webmail through cPanel:

1. Log in to cPanel

2. Click on Email Accounts in the Email section

3. Locate the email account you want to manage from the list and click on Check Email to launch the webmail application

4. Click on Open to view your inbox. You can tick the box Open my inbox when I log in to allow you to skip this step in the future

5. You will be redirected to your inbox.

 

 


 Access webmail via direct links:

  • If your domain has propagated, you can access webmail by typing any of the following URLs into your browser's address bar. In the samples below, substitute "example.com" with your actual primary domain or addon domain name.
http://www.example.com/webmail

You can also access Webmail by going through the default Webmail port 2096:

http://www.example.com:2096

The following method does not work for addon domains:

http://webmail.example.com
  • Once you go to any of the addresses above, you will be prompted for your email address and password.

Note: You are not being asked for your cPanel username and password

  • Type your complete email address in the Email Address field (e.g. [email protected])
  • Enter the password you provided when you created the email account in the Password field

 


Access webmail via client area:

1. Log in to your client area via the link - https://hostnownow.com/whmcs/index.php/login

2. Within your Client Area Dashboard, click on Services > My Services at the top right of the screen to locate the hosting package you want to access.

3. Once you click on the hosting package you want to access, scroll down the page and access any of the Webmail options under the One Click Login
